I’ve been an interior designer for a long time.

Over the years, I’ve learned that most people who pursue a thriving career as an interior designer end up failing because they take on too much

They believe that constantly saying “yes” will accelerate their growth.

They never realize that when they over-commit, they’re holding themselves back. Honestly, it took me quite a while to learn this lesson. But there’s a quick way to check if it applies to you, too.

Here are 3 reasons why most people have trouble taking on too much:

#2: At the end of the day, you feel like you’re not doing enough.

#3: You’re afraid of success, so you spread yourself thin.

Over-commitment is a silent killer when it comes to succeeding, moving forward, and making actionable progress.

But don’t worry: you can overcome it.
